Last weekend I went for a friends birthday at river cottage near Axminster, Devon, uk. River cottage is a great dining experience contained on a farm. Whilst in the area I stayed at the most hospitable/friendliest B&B ever called HighField B&B with an amazing breakfast.

To celebrate the royal wedding I decided to leave the country and take a trip to Central America visiting Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica. On the day I avoided all conversations about dresses or hats by lying on a beach in the Caribbean….
